Hi, I just bought a XEROX Phaser 3124. Currently, I am using Window 7 64 bits. After I finished my installation using tyhe installation disk that came along with the printer, every thing seems fine. However, at the last step, when I am suppose to do a test print, nothing can be printed out. I tried open some pdf files and MSword files to print. It doesn't respond as well. When I clicked the print properties button, it came out with this: SMARTUI library (code 193). Can anyone help me to solve this. Thanks in advance.

You can try going to the link below and download the latest drivers directly from Fuji Xerox This link will bring you to the download page for the Fuji Xerox Phaser 3124 for windows 7 install this driver and you should be all set

Why do I have to reinstall my phaser 3124 each time I start the computer. I am running windows 7 64 bit with a vister 64 bit driver.

You need to download the updated printer driver for Windows 7, it will not work if you do not have this installed. You can follow this link and download the drivers

First, uninstall the printer, then restart the PC.
