In your "icon tray", in the lower right-hand corner of the desktop screen and next to your clock, you should see an icon resembling a printer. Place your cursor over this icon and make a right click with your mouse. This will pull up a menu with a few options, and here you will want to left-click the option along the lines of "Open". This will pull up a window with all of the jobs queued for printing. Place your cursor over each print-job, make a right click over the selected job, then left-click on the "cancel print" or "cancel document". Hope that helps!
When you have your desktop up & displayed, click the right mouse button & it will bring up a menu. Hover your mouse above the "Arrange Icons By" option and it will bring up a sub menu. If the "Show Desktop Icons" option does not have a check mark to the left of it, that is your problem. If there is no check mark, navigate down to it and click on it with your left mouse button and that will make your icons display.

Hi,
Do you see your menu's in Outlook Express? If so click with your right mouse button to the right of the menu that says Help. (right-click). Just click somewhere next to the word Help with the right mouse button and you SHOULD get tiny menu that pops up where one of the selections Toolbar.
Choose that Toolbar option with your left mouse button (left click the word Toolbar).
This will possibly allow you to see your missing DELETE button?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Kaj

Click the drop down menue of the button of interest, select one of about 20 choices (in my case "disabled"), click Apply, click Save.
