I cant access the gmail id which i used as log in id for face book.......and i did not specify any alternate id in my account....so how can i access my facebook account??please help me.....

In the Facebook login page, Select the forgot password link. Enter either your username or email id that you use to login or your phone number. If you have registered your phone, you would get your password as an text message. If you enter your email id you'll be taken to the next page asking for confirmation. In this page, your primary ID and an alternate ID would have been mentioned. If you have access to any of these, Submit the request. If not, select 'Don't have access to any of these?' below and enter a new email address. This should work
To recover your Yahoo account specify your Yahoo ID after selecting 'I can't access my account' from below the login page and they will send out a mail to the alternate mail id that you would have provided earlier.
