Hi,
This means that you unit is not charged fully.
It happens all the time when the unit finds the phone but wont connect, however after 8 hours of charge you should be able to connect.

If the computer has bluetooth you can use the bluetooth to connect to your phone.
All you need to do is to activate the blue tooth on your computer and activate the bluetooth on your phone too and it will automatically computer will automatically find your phone and you can now connect the two together.
I'd be looking at the bluetooth settings on the phone since you found it with the Samsung. That tells me that the bluetooth section of the headset is working properly.
Try setting different visibility settings on your phone (i.e. Visible, Hidden, and Temporary are the three for Bluetooth on my Palm Centro.) It did not work on the hidden setting, even though the Centro could detect the headset, but when I switched it to Visible, it connected to it. You have the right passcode, because, incidentally, I was searching for the passcode to the headset (I thought it would be an successive sequence like 1234, which did not work), and 0000 worked for the EM226 I own. If it does not work I recommend that you contact either Samsung or Emerson (Samsung being the one who will be able to most help you).
Go to settings-bluetooth-on. Then go back-search device-then wait for it to come on. If you know your bluetooth name look for it. Or you could press and hold the button on your bluetooth while you have your phone searching for the device, it should come up on your phone.
