When i pull the trigger there is no high speed, just slow speed. The 1 and 2 speed switch on top of the drill still works. When its in high speed it spins like its in slow speed. the slow speed works just like it was new.

Dw997 stopped working, rotates OK, battery fully charged

The speed switch on top may be in between speeds. Try it in a different speed. If not the top switch, the the trigger may be bad. Does reverse work?

Drill not running at correct speed

Check for a speed lever on the case that changes the gear ratio from high to low speed There is a button in the front of the trigger and it limits the amount of pull you can give the trigger which controls the resistor setting in the trigger switch. Turning this will alter the speed when you pull the trigger

Bosch cordless drill not working.

First The model is pretty new. you need to register your tool on line. this takes you from a one year warranty to a three year warranty. They will give you a pro-vantage number. with that said it sounds like a trigger switch. Yhe trigger switch is the brain of your tool. not only does it do your variable speed but it also controlls the brake and your fuel gauge. Because of the cost I highly recomend taking it to your closes Bosch service center.

My drill stopped running, the battery is charged, but wont turn. started only working in certain positions then quit alltogether

It sounds like the switch but check the brushes on the motor and the connections from the switch to the motor.

I have a dewalt xrp 18 volt cordless drill and the trigger stopped working the battery is fully charged and i tested the motor and its good this is the part number off the trigger 152398-04.

This replacement battery was a great find. We searched for batteries for our Dewalt drill and this is the only site(www.drill-battery.co.uk) that had it and at a good price. Works fantastic and is a great deal.

Drill was working one minute went to change bit after i did this it would not work

Probably a trigger switch, if you wiggle the switch will it power up?

Also if your drilling alot and it slows down and won't restart it could be the motor's brushes.

Cheers

Switch problem doesnt seem to be variable speed

It is possible that it might not be wired correctly, but I doubt it. I would return for replacement or warranty repair.
