SOURCE: new heating pad not working
have same problem with heating pad . reset control by unplugging unit for 1 minute , while holding down power button plugged unit back in . sometimes this takes 3 or 4 tries.
SOURCE: The heating pad is complete dead. No lights come on.
I have contacted the company and they are going to replace my heating pad once it is back in stock.
Thank you
SOURCE: have heating pad model 818-7. blinking red light
I had this problem with a heating pad too. I tried turning it off, unplugging it, then plug it back in and see if the light is still blinking. If it's not, set it to the temp you want. My heating pad was very temperamental that way, it didn't want to be set before it was plugged in. I hope this works for you.
