Take all of the paper out and turn it off then back on again. If this does not work take all of the ink out of it and do the same thing.

More than likely you have bad feed tires in the tray you're pulling from or if the drum unit is stuck there probably is paper jammed up in the unit. Replace you feed tires and check your drum separation claws when you are able to get the drum unit out.
