Windcrest all the way!
Go for ease of cleaning. Avoid any light colors expecially the grates. White cooktop, light grey grates, AWFUL I replaced it within 6 months. Stainless or black is fine, very easy to clean. Make sure the drip area can contain a spill . Another importent thing, If you can see it connected, turn the flame down as much as possible and see if it stays lit. Pusling and relighting is a plus some higher end units do this. It is very hard to get a true low flame on a high BTU unit. Another big plus. See if the grates are arranged so you can slide a pan over without lifting. This seems a minor point but what a luxury.
