Its is trick..If its more then two pages print, printer grabs second page even first page in duplex unit., here its confusion. Check with simplex single print, see any paper mismatch error? or printer throwing paper in output bin after successful print?. No.. check fuser out sensor or paper out roller.
Print only two pages matter in duplex, check where paper struck? if paper our roller not grabbing paper back properly in time (slipping while grabbing back) gets jam error.
Always ensure that select proper paper size in printer.Other than this it may major issue, need technical knowledge..& possibilities are less to judge the exact problem..

IF THIS PROBLEM IS PERSISTING THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE PRINTER AND LOOK FOR ANY KIND OF PAPER BITS STUCK TO THE CORNERS OF THE PRINTER FROM INSIDE
There are a number of things that can cause a carriage jam. To prevent it from recurring, one should keep in mind a number of things. Always ensure that the paper tray is not overloaded as this might result in the paper being stuck inside. Also the paper being used should be as per the manufacturer's recommendations. Turn off the printer when removing bits of paper. If there is a broken gear, do not repair it yourself. Call an expert technician to mend it. http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-printing-questions/Paper-Jam-Error/m-p/305772#M20513
Hi,
As i can understand whenever you try to print with rear door closed printed page should come on top from top output roller however paper gets jammed.
Solution:
Try to print a page using rear door open and it should come out from the rear drop down tray it printed page comes out successfully with rear flap open than paper gets jammed at top due to faulty top output roller.
However if the paper gets jammed at fuser with rear door closed than it is issue with fuser in that case you need to get fuser replaced at the same time replace 20 tooth gear next to fuser.
1. First, clean your printer. Get some spray-n-wipe cleaner and a
clean cloth and clean the entire inside of the printer. Also ensure
your paper isn't dirty. Now print a test page. Does the symptom
persist? 2. Remove all jammed paper. Check the paper tray first. Look
closely at the paper rollers nearest where the paper exits the printer;
this is a common source of jams. If you’re trying to print labels, they
will often jam just before exiting the printer.
3. Try to print a test page. Does the printer still jam? If you
can find no source of the jamming, check the printer's message display
window and refer to your user’s manual to look up the printer error
code.
I dont think so. Previously, I thought it was in the fuser section. But I did everything/replacement of the fuser parts to no avail.
I saw that the paper won't get out from the printer after rolling.
If i open the back cover, the paper will get out with the hard copy printed fine.
There's something wrong with the top roller, i see it blocks the paper from rolling out from the printer.
on every printing the paper jam
how can i solve it
