Hi PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY. Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause. To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code is unique for each mobile phone model.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider. This PUK code prevents thieves from being able to make use of stolen handsets, that is why it can only be given by the service provider only.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently. This PUK code is FREE. You no need to pay any money to get the PUK code Thank You.

Hi,

If you enter the unlock PIN code incorrectly 3 times then the SIM card will block and you will need the PUK code to unlock it.

According to my searches you can get the PUK code from AirTel by following these instructions:

Send a text message with the text:

PUK<space>YourPhoneNumber

to toll free number 121

If this does not work then please call Airtel customer support and they will give you the PUK code.

PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider. No way you can guess & enter it. So, when it asks for the PUK code, don’t do anything, get the PUK code from your service provider. Airtel has a easier way of getting PUK code. For getting PUK code of a Airtel number, send PUK<space>PhoneNumber to toll free number 121. You can make use of any other Airtel number to send this message since your SIM might have been blocked already.
If the above method doesn’t works or your service provider is not Airtel, call to customer care using any other mobile phone which uses the same service provider.

Your network provider want to give PUK code and puk2 code. you can call to airtel customer care and ask for the same.....You can use that for unlock the same......Hope this will helps you....Let me know the feedback....

dear fren,
only the network service provider can give u the puk code.
if u r having the airtel connection, u need to call the customer care from any mobile number of airtel, talk to customer care executive, he will ask u to give the sim card number, a 16 digit number written on the inner side of the sim, then the customer care executive will tell u the puk number.

Searh of airtel puk number
it will ask for the PUK code when you try inserting the wrong pin
for 3 times ...

so to get the PUK code follow these steps:
1. call to your network provider s customer care from some of your friends number of the same network ...
tell your number & ask them for the PUK code..
2. they may ask you the details of sim like in whose name it is etc..
answer that ...
3. after that they will provide you the PUK code note it down
4. enter the noted PUK number to your cell ...
5. your sim will get unlocked ....

caution: if you try inserting the wrong PUK codes for more than 5 or 10 times it will completely block the sim after that you must contact the network provider s shoppe only to get it unlocked ..
remember this ...
