Water hardness set at 19 would be softer than 25...expressed as gpg or Grains Per Gallon

To clarify. Setting the hardness setting for the softener control. The higher the hardness setting the more frequently the system regenerates.
    1. There is no way to adjust for degrees of soft water (the water is either hard or soft) period.
    2. A softener has a set capacity. IE: 30k, 40k, 45k, 60k.
    3. Hardness settings and gallon settings are based on the water chemistry of your water supply and household usage
    Example: 45k capacity system
20 grains per gallon hardness x 4 people x 75 gpd per person = 6000 grains of hard water per day used in home.
    4. Set the gallon capacity at 1800 gallons. This will give 36k capacity with a 20% reserve capacity.
    5. Set the system to a 15 # salt dose. System will use about 75 # of salt per month .

In short water hardness of 19 gpg is LESS hard than 25gpg but setting the softener setting at 19 gpg when the water hardness is 25 will cause the softener to run out of capacity and system will never supply soft water. Plus if there is any iron in the water most of the iron will come through the system and stain the home.

I hope this helps answer your questions,
    RJ

What is Honda VTR 1000F fork oil level?

If you want to change your fork oil, best way is to drain a fork leg into a container, and measure the amount that comes out. You can make your forks softer or harder by varying the amount of oil.

Tire

Medium Hard Pack). In general you tyre pressure should vary between 12 - 16psi depending on ground condition's. The softer the terrain is the less pressure you put in your tyres, for example, muddy condition's would require a tyre pressure of about 12 - 13psi, hard pack would require about 13 - 15psi and even a little harder if its rocky. You have to be careful on rocky surfaces though because the harder your tyre the more the rocks will have a marble effect on you. If you don't want to be messing around with tyre pressures all the time and want a happy medium, I would suggest running 13psi.,,,
