To activate your license offline follow the steps shown: Go to Gateway of Tally ???? Press F12: Configure > Licensing > Offline > Activate The Activation Form appears ???? Select Send External Request to send the request file to Tally Licensing Servers. The response file called tally_resp.lic is generated and saved in in the Tally folder. ????
