First thing I would do is check the thermal fuse to see if its blown. Its located behind the back wall of the dryer so you'll have to pull it out and take the back off, It will be located on the lower left side if your facing it and be white, long and then and held in with one screw. Unplug the wires and use a volt meter to check continuity on the fuse. If you dont have a meter, just unplug the two wires, connect them together and plug the machine back in a turn it on and see if it starts heating, be careful doing this. If you still have no heat plug the wires back onto the thermal fuse and check your ignitor located in the front bottom right hand side if your facing the front. A majority of the time its the thermal fuse, a really cheap part.

Hi,
If you are having problems with your
gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor
goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working
properly.

If you have an electric dryer, you can
have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to
heat.
