Depends which thermostat you are referring to.
Thje main oven stat is on the control panel, and is marked with the temp, the sensor being located at the top rear of the oven compartment.
The other stats are located at the top of the oven outer casing under the the top cover. you need to remove oven from housing to access these.

Creda oven manual
The heat control knob needs to be replaced. This controls the amount of electricity that foes to the burner. Sometimes the burner itself has too much resistance and will only work when full current is applied. Hope this helps, please post a comment that this is solved on fixya.com. You may have to do the former. You will have your temp probe to deal with as well.

Creda concept solar plus oven timer
Hold down the 2 left buttons together, and press the + or - button at the same time..
This should reset the timer.

Hi, hold down the minute and cook button and at the same time hit either the plus or 1 button to set a time and then oven will work. each time the power is off this needs to be done. hope this helps
