The most common issue would be the gas valve has failed or the transformer is defective, I strongly suggest you call a professional service business as this can be a fire/explosion hazard.

cause this fault. 2 RED FLASHES: This indicates that thenormally open pressure ... The furnace will lock out for one hour and then restart. 7 RED FLASHES: This fault code indicates that the flame could not be established. This no-light ... problem. Bothheating and cooling operations will be affected. Check
Hello, the blower will run continues if
1) the limit switch has tripped
2) the relay on the intergrated control board is stuck
Try tapping on the control board and let me know if it shuts down.
There maybe a few issues. They have multiple safeties on furnaces. With this in mind this process to find the problem would take a Technician to check these safeties. It could be a flame sensor or thermocoupler each senses a flame or heat to keep the gas going. Also the damper for the flue must open for the gas to stay on. There may be more safeties on this and each safety sends a 24 volt current back to control module in order for the gas valve to stay open. If these aren't being met it will try around three times and go into a lock out mode which will keep gas shut off entirely.
Hello, The only time pvc is allowed is if the Furnace is 90% or greater in effiecency, the combustion gases are cooler due to the fact that two heat exvhangers are used. One pipe will be you air intake and the other the exhaust and they can be routed through the roof or sidewall. If the Furnace is 80% then you must use double wall vent pipe and have it connected to either a liner in a chimney or routed through a roof but pvc can not be used.
Y from furnace goes to Y on thermostat (yellow) C from furnace goes to C on thermostat (usually blue) G from furnace goes to G on thermostat (green) W1 (first stage heat) to w1 on thermostat(white) w2 (second stage heat) to w2 on thermostat (black)
Doesn't sound like you have a heat pump but if you do "o" will also have to be connected which is the reversing valve.
does anything happen, i door that you removed might have a kill switch on it so if the door comes off or is not installed right the furnace wont light, let me know and maybe i can help. wally
Most furnaces have a tech manual inside. Under the blower cover should be a trouble shooting guide. Call the dude and tell him what the problem is. You have no other source of heat and you live in alaska?. If I was you I would invest in a comfort glow gas vent free heater for emergency. No power is needed to operate the heater.
I will try to help. Your furnace has to have a good ground before the igniter will work. The draft fan starts purges for a few seconds and the ignitor is supposed to come on. If not check to see if the contacts on the air switch on draft motor are closing. If you ahve changed the ignitor that is not your problem. Another possible problem is the baord that feeds the ignitor. But check the air switch first Rus. Keep in touch.
