Lenovo intel(r) pentium(r) dual cpu e2140 @ 1.60GHz 1.60GHz here sound driver problem,how i am slove this please help me.

I have problem usb device driver of sound
geniune Intel (R) 2140

Check your driver in the device manager my rightclicking my computer hardware devicemanager then expanding audio controllors if you see any yellow mark the driver is not installed correctly reinstall the drivers if there is no yellow mark and your drivers are installed correctly go to control pannel click sound and audio device if you can see the volume slider and move it note the mute checkbox not checked if you still have problem if your system have sound manger go to sound manager and check the speaker configration
