There are Please check that the vga cable or the "video cable" is properly plugged in at the back of your monitor and the "cpu processor" .
The issue that you are facing mostly happens because of the loose connection of the video cable, if it doesn't fix the problem then the problem is with the graphics card or the mother board.

check that the data cable is connected firmly, if it is check that there are no curved or brocken pins.
open the computer and firmly press on the graphic card into his socket, close coputer case.
