Hi,
There are Please check that the vga cable or the "video cable" is properly plugged in at the back of your monitor and the "cpu processor" .
The issue that you are facing mostly happens because of the loose connection of the video cable, if it doesn't fix the problem then the problem is with the graphics card or the mother board.
Hope it Helps.
Thanks and regards

Please check all the pins of the VGA cable first, try this monitor with other PC to make sure it is not video card problem. Please post back.

White has turned pinkish

sounds like the linear adjustment is out of whack.....most projection type tvs, projection, lcd, plasma, have to be correctly aligned so that the color grids overlap each other to properly display the correct hue being created. you'd need the service code to re-adjust it, or have it serviced. also possible that one of the color grids is bad, but if you have all three (red, blue, green) colors showing on the entire screen area i would doubt it

Using the on screen menu, check the hue or wall color settings. [Hue]
Varies the color level from +/- green to +/-blue. The red level is used as reference. This adjustment is only valid for
Video, Component and TV standard inputs (not valid for RGB and DVI digital).

Pink screen

A pink screen means you need to replace your backlight folks!

If you're comfortable tearing your case apart:

A backlight is a CCFL tube, it looks like a skinny flourescent tube. It will be right beside the LCD, just buy one the same length and viola! It will look brand new.

If you are NOT comfortable tearing into your monitor DO NOT TRY! A reputable repair person should only charge about $50-$80 tops to do this easy fix.
