You don't. As the name implies, the flash is used to provide a very brief burst of light, usable for taking still photographs but not for videos.
For videos you need a continuous source of light, such as video lights or movie lights. Be aware that such things consume much more power and usually require that they be plugged in.
No. The flash only puts out a very brief burst of light, usable for still photography but not for video. If you need more light for videos, you will need a video light.

Sorry for a late reply but chances are high to recover your deleted files.
First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or audio with the recorder that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of voice memo file recovery.
Then connect your device to a PC, and have a try of Photo Recovery (also recover audio, voice memos, video files etc), a data recovery program which is good at recovering media files lost. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.
Lastly, I hope you good luck. Again you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. Regards
That should fix the flash. If not format the phone:
Format the entire phone. This will delete everything on the phone, but so back up pics, videos, etc on the memory card.
To format:
1. Turn off phone 2. Hold the following keys down WHILE it's turning back on: 3. (3 + * + green call key) 4. Do not let go till it asks about your location 5. Let johnny_20 know how it goes :)
The flash unit is for still photos only. By design it can not be used when shooting video, because it can not stay lit (the flash fires from a stored electrical charge, and needs time to build up another charge).
how do i do the same??
