Canon 2410 error E001

I think you must try uninstall and reinstall it using the proper driver according your operating system.

when i turn my conon imagepress c1 printer it state and this error code come it e00001 - 001 what the problem and how can i fix it

E001 is an Overheating detection error.

E001-002 - The sub thermistor detects about 295 degrees celsius or higher. You would have got E001-000 for a temperature above 250 degrees.

Go into service mode, go to COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR.

Select ERR to highlight, and press OK key.

Turn off the copier using the main power switch (on the right side of copier).
Wait at least 10 seconds and then turn the copier back on using the main power switch.




If the error is still there then you will need to take your printer to a canon service center.

Your printer show Error code E000 suggests the problem history has recognized all of these of the following error codes four moments: Error code E001;Code E002;Error E003. Printer Canon E000 error will be removed in the service mode.
Please try reset factory your canon printer..but if it still show error code E000 again ,you can try with a genuine fuser unit (reseting fuser unit). Good luck

Solution 3: Try this, atempt will clear canon E000 code in Service mode:

1.Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
2.Go to #7 Printer and Press OK
3.Go to #4 Printer Reset and Press OK
4.Yes = ( * )

turn on/off, unplug, plug in, should reset configs.

go to applications folder for your computer, dbl click printer icon for make of printer. check settings. print 'test document and clean cartridge heads', this should ensure proper printing formats.

lastly, go to web site of printer model and check site for trouble shooting if this does not work above.

try to clesr the err. from service mode ( * 2,8 * ) function - clear- err- press ok
if not ok
you have a problem in the fixing unit

You could go online to HP.com and see if the drivers need to be updated.
