Yo, I've got the perfect solution to your problem. Pull out the head unit from your dash. Then, remove the wiring harness carefully from the unit. Now, push in the yellow power wire (even jiggle it a little) making sure it's tightly snug the small port of the wiring harness. Then, plug the harness back into the unit and try turning it on. I've found that the wires come lose easily on this unit. hit me back up at [email protected].

If you followed the instructions correctly, then the amp must be defective. This is sort of simple.
My generic suggestions:
You have the power, the ground, the outputs to the speakers, and then the input.
Make sure that none of the speaker wires are somehow being grounded. Make sure that nothing is shorted that feeds the speakers.

It sounds like you have a broken connection in the amplifier. The first thing to check is the fuse. Sometimes the contacts become weak on the fuse holder and the connection becomes intermittent. Any other troubleshooting would require opening up the amp. Any repairs would require resoldering the broken connection.

Sounds like you do not have Enough room for it to Breath. It will overheat and Short out if not Ventilated Properly.
Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
Reset
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.

Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.
Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.
