Pull the power cord to the printer! Take the paper lid out! Check inside for jammed paper or other stuff! Grab the paper with both hands and slowly drag it out whit out taring it! When everything is clear! put the tray back in and plug in the power cord! Restart and test to print something! I hope it helps :)
Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X3470 printer driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen.
