It keeps saying please clean disc when it is clean and when i clean it itstill says clean disc but it works sometimes

• Hi, Sounds like the lens is just really dirty. Go buy a leans cleaner disk and run it through the DVD player two or three times to get the lens good and clean. Repeat about once a month to keep the lens clean and running properly. Sometimes you need to run it through 3 or 4 times to get the lens to read again.

• These disks I speak of have little bristles on it that "sweep" the lens clean. I use them on all my disk players and they work real well.

Try Cleaning the Disk if it say error in game , turn off and then Clean it , happens to me sometimes and i keep taking it in and out and it works

1. there will be some problem with the disk reader
2. at first step u clean it with leans cleaner
3. u can even clean by sparying some perfume in it
4. still the same problem
5. visit this site to solve it...

check the connections first...sometimes connectors are loosen...

try unpluging you dvd player for a few min. plug it back in..try agaig and make sure your disks are clean..try getting a dvd cleaning disk sometimes they work wonders

Your disk is probably too scratched. Go to Best Buy and buy a tool that buffs scratched disks.

I have a studio and sometimes certain disc will play on one device and not on another..If you have already played the disc on the device I would try the clean the head. They sell cleaning kits..The DVD player only recognizes it can't play it..they could have it say (Clean disc) but they want you to buy another one..And it could mean its broke...Who knows...Just do all you can do...And a lot of boot leg disc want work...Not saying you buy them...Just saying to help anyone reading this...Hope this helps
