This is caused by the fan that blows cold air from freezer to fridge freezing up. Just had part replaced (approx $80 Part plus labor) and good to go. You can reset but that only works for short term. Other alternative is to thaw out fan out but will likely come back. Check for ice behind the back top plastic panel of freezer.
If the unit is filling up and pumping out water, as far as you can tell, but the lights and power to the control panel are not constant, then I would have a professional look at the control panel and timer because there seems to be a miscommunication.

I have the same problem. The Flashing E(freezer) and F(Fridge) temperature control indicator started when I had a brief power outage.
Any help on this would be good as my frige and freezer is not cold any more.
