You can press the softkey under RingOff and the up arrow on the Navigator button, or just press the up arrow on the navigator button two times. The display will show the ringer volume level as you continue to press the up arrow.

mine does the same thing. Line 2 red light comes on, but no ring. I've missed a ton of calls. Ringer is all the way up and it IS NOT in "Do Not Disturb Mode". The only time it ever rings is when someone calls from inside the office.
Wow Scott, then it's not doing the same thing is it? Line 2 rings by a ICD (incoming call distribution) group. In programming, like 10 or 11, you define what group a line rings (ie 601 is the main call group), then you assign extensions to ring or not ring in the group. If your red light is SOLID when a call comes in on line 2, your extension is not in the group. If it FLASHES, then you probably have a NO RING attached to the ICD. (btw 601 is ICD group 1 for members).
It's not exactly a user function if you don't have the maintenance console software or the PTPM and a lot of patience.
I suggest you ask your phone dealer/vendor.
