Farrah again hi its me again farrah from trinidad, i am installing the cam but i tried different ways and it just would not install and then when it finally does, its says no video hardware and i have no idea how to solve this problem ,maybe i should by another camera? the cam is not showing any video or anything but it is installing ...

If you turn your car off, It is still very hot and things that get hotter expand. When the engine gets hot every part gets hot according to its metal make up. Therefore, the engines starter requires more current to turn the car over.

I would suggest getting the highest cold amperage battery that fits your car. Then I would invest in a "high torque" starter. You can call up any parts store and you can find out if they make one for your car or not. Install both and your problems should be solved.

Hi.

Try first going to Acer page and download and install again the Cam drivers.
Also go to Control Panel > Installed hardware, and check if the Cam is listed under installed devices.
Check if cam is disabled, in that case enable it.

If the camera is not there, and installing drivers does not fix the problem, then the repairer may have forgot connecting the 4 pin connector to cam. Call the repairman and ask them how to proceed to have the problem fixed.

first you properly install the Web Cam Software, then you open the Yahoo messenger and again access the web cam. I hope it will work fine. sometimes yahoo messenger not access to Web Cam, that time yahoo messanger not working properly.

Try re-installing the webcam driver. You could also try using a different chat client software. Try skype. It has an option for testing the webcam output.

Try to install ManyCam software from Internet. It supports a zillions of webcams

Windows vista detects the cam and install a standard drivers.but you need the driver supplied at purchase to make the camera funtion.

Hi Farrah from Trinidad. What country is this??? Any way I want you to take your cam in one hand and with the other one I want you to turn the lens with your finger. uninstall the software from add/remove programmes and then install again and connect the cam to a different usb port than before.

If you mean that it will not install at all, and mean that windows won't recognise your cam; it maybe that you have not updated windows installer 3.1 after you have done a clean install.
