Not cooling The frige has power but lost all cooling ability to both the frige and the freezer.

Check the air vents, from the freezer to fridge. Air travels through those vents. Sometimes, products get shoved under the vents, preventing air flow. It sounds like, the vents are clogged with something. I guess, the fan is working inside, of the freezer? Ice in the bottom, of the freezer pan, could be clogging the vents. You'll have to dig deeper. Good luck.

it could be a thermostat or it could be the relay on the back of the fridge. the relay on the compressor may be bad. pull the fridge out and see if you can feel the compressor. and see if it is hot and if the fan is blowing... if not replace the relay.

well if the compressor dont have power so how could it work or cool?

If the compressor isn't running, the refrigerator or freezer won't cool - period. Hopefully, by now, you've had a repair technician come and troubleshoot the problem.

Probably the defrost element has failed, ice & frost will continue to build up & it's ability to cool will deminish over time. Has to be checked & possibly replaced.

wrong model # ,defrost problem. remove freezer panel, check heater, check limit switch while still covered in ice, if both ohm infinity, replace defrost timer.

The freezer is workig fine but refrigerator side is not cooling.
