Did you replace the fixing film "unit" or just the film?

Have you reset the code in service mode?

check for paper jammed in fuser assy, u need to reset error code by pressing smarthead then 2and 8 SAME TIME then smarthead should go into service mode press copier then function then err ok then off on

fixing assembly overheating, the temperature of the fixing assembly is abnormally high.
turn the machine off for some time and then on it. if it continues indicating, reset condition in service mode ( copier>function>clear>err). replace main thermistor. replace DC controller PCB.

it might just be a power spike in which case your machine just shot an error while it protected itself...

try the following...
press additional functions
press 2 and 8 at the same time
press additional function
press code error
press copier
press function
press clear
press error
press ok
press reset

if that doesn't work then call a tech... it might be very serious...
