Holding down the menu button for 10 seconds should work. Here is what I found online, which may be of help to you:
Hold the menu/ok button for ten seconds, to unlock the OSD.
If this doesn't solve the problem, then it's probably the button that got stuck.
if the monitor's still covered by the warranty, or if money is not an issue, have it repaired by professionals on an accredited brand shop
If this doesn't work, chances are the menu button is stuck on a loop, sending a continuous signal to the board (which keeps locking/unlocking the OSD).
The OSD can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the Menu button on the front panel for 10 seconds. If the OSD is locked, the warning message OSD Lock displays for ten seconds.
* If the OSD is locked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to unlock the OSD.
* If the OSD is unlocked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to lock the OSD.
SOURCE: why am I getting osd
Most of the monitors have a function to lock the OSD to prevent accidental changes in the configuration of the monitor.
If you are constantly getting the message about OSD being locked and unlocked then it means that the OSD locking button is constantly pressed.
Usually it is the "Menu" button on the monitor which is used to lock the OSD.
Check if the Menu button is constantly pressed.
