I have a Samsung Blackjack SGH-I607 Smartphone. I have tried many time to get my phone off of flight mode and it wont work. I have turned it on and off. And tired to do a master reset but it just tells me that it fails to reset. What can i do to solve this problem that I'm having?

You can try to do a hard reset but that will delete all your contact information and picture.
.1. On the Home screen, press the Start soft key 2. Select Settings > More... > Security > More... > Reset. 3. Enter the reset password and press the Done soft key. The default password is 0000. 4. Press the Yes soft key to confirm. The phone resets and reboots itself.
Scroll down to where it says phone off. Then hit OK or the middle button on the fromt side circle. Go to turn phone on. Wala...if that does not work try selecting your network from the -start-settings-phone options- network-then select your network
