I have a Canon MX300 that isn't printing. It keeps telling me there is paper jammed, but there isn't. It isn't pulling the paper all the way through...it will grab it but not feed completely.

Sounds like you may have oil buildup on the feed rollers. Try wiping the rollers with a lint free cloth dabbed in alcohol. That should fix it right up.

Could still be a jam. Even the smallest piece of paper can cause this problem.
Good luck

I was in Staples last night to take mine back. I've used it maybe 6 times in almost 2 years (still had original plastic on it) and the manager there said she'd had the same model and the wheels (or mechanism) that fed the paper stop working. Apparently it's a common issue on that model!
If you still can, I'd suggest returning yours.

Canon MX300 Paper Jam

I have the same problem - every time I turn on my printer now, the alarm signal shows up with "Paper jam" but when I check for jammed paper, there is none. So I think there's something faulty with the printer. Is there any way to reset it? I've looked everywhere but can't find it.

Forcing a piece of cardstock as far into the feed as I could, then removing it fixed this problem for me.

Hopefully it will work for you!
