Hello Friends, If you are ask mother board power option. There are two power option every mother board, one option is SMPS power and sec option is Power Jumper. SMPS two power socket indicate 24 Pin and 4 pin also same option 24 pin and 4 pin socket available in mother board. Second option is 9 pin jumper socket hear connect to HDD power, reset power, cabinet power, power LED, and +5v DC. So you open PC and see all section and solved you problem.
i have problem with my mother board as my orignal processr was intel 933 mhz i have changed the processor with intel 366 mhz and after that i re instlled my orignal processor 933 mhz but system does not boot on my orignal processr
If your manual states a max of 2.2GHZ then, take it as that, when your board was made the bios and bus speeds would be set at the maximum to run a 2.2GHZ, not a 3GHZ, also the heat sink and fan may not be enough to cool the processor.
The only way that a 3GHZ would run was if you updated the bios and personally i would not recommend it.
You would be better advised updating the board and processor as a package ot fitting more memory if the pc is not used for gaming or high end video editing.
