push rotate button until it get to black, pull the handle on the front of the toner and release/remove the old one. Line pegs up with slots and lock in place. close all compartment doors.

this error code means there is a low toner to developer ratio in the yellow developer the common causes for this problem is the pwb-mc board needs to be replaced or the yellow toner motor needs to be replaced or or the toner motor one-way gear has failed to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door if the error code comes back check and or replaced parts listed above.

that code means low toner density in the black developer unit so you either have a failed pwb mc board or a failed black toner motor

check if their is still paper in the printer cassette or check if their is paper jam

the problem in your machine is on the drum unit there is a arching on the mc unit.located in the upper portion of the drum unit.if you have an old drum unit try to install it again just for testing.and check if ther is a dumping toner again.

That's a low toner message for the Magenta & Cyan cartridges.
