How can remove the catridge from printer - Canon MultiPASS MP730 All-In-One InkJet Printer

paper jam is of two types.1.while spolling half paper will come out tom tray.remain jammed in rollers.This can solve by switching the printer power off and remove toner catridge from printer.Then power on the printer.lift the top rollers cover and reset as it is.The paper will come out without any difficult.2.Paper jam inside the toner catridge by rolling itself to drum.Switch off the printer power.Remove toner catridge from priter.Unscrew the toner catridge cover screws.remove drum from toner catridge .Utmost care should be taken while removing jammed paper from drum.Reassemble as it is and set.

Catridge removal should be done along with the software support. Click on printers and faxes. Select your printer from there and click properties on it. Then Click on check ink levels in your printer. It will automatically show for the error if there is any empty catridge and you will get a screen with button named "Remove Catridge" On clicking it, the print head will come and stop near the opening from where you can open the print head and remove the catridge. Press the small tap like button on the side and while pressing it, the catridge will become loose , and pull it on the top. You can remove it by doing like this.

Solution :

01. First remove all catridges from the Printer.
02. Clean the printer with Cleaning liquid in the catridge seating cover.
03. Re install the catridges gently and assure that it is properly seated.
04. Always use only genuine HP original catridges which will give longer life for the printer.
05. Refilled or Reinked ribbons will cause lot of damages to the printer.
06. Better to have the regular servicing for this printer.

If the problem continues, please call local authorized HP Printer service engineer.

1.remove your catridge wet your catridge head with headcleaner
2. clean your catridge head with tissue paper
3. do this two or three times
4. fix your catridge and take print

Open the front of the face. Pull out the catridge and drum assembly carefully. Thier should be a yellow tab on the toner catridge press down and the lift the toner catridge out. Replace and reseat in printer.

plz remove the catridge and reinstall the catridge properly then uninstall the printer driver and restart the system then after restarting the system then reinstall the printer driver and restart the system again then after restarting the system check

I located a printer repair service prson locally who fixed the problem, taking printer to his service centre.Now it's OK.

Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......
Remove both the Catridges from the Printer.........
Just Move the Catridge Carrier which Holds the Catridge Back and Forth for about 20 Times.........
Insert the Catridges back to the Printer.........
Turn the Printer On...........

In this case unplug the power supply from the Printer........... 1. Open the Printer Cover.......... 2. Remove both the Catridges from the Printer............ 3. Move the Catridge Carrier which holds the catridge from right to left and from left to right for about 10 times............ 4. Try to make a copy without the catridges........If this works and it gives a Blank Page out............ 5. Insert both the catridges turn the printer off and turn it on again........... 6. Now it should work fine........ Good Luck.....
