Since last week my kitchen smells like urine. We thougt maybe we had a mouse inside. We moved everything and there is no sign of anything. We figured it out that the smell is coming from the motor. Have you had any other similar problem.

The smell is coming from the back of my refrigerator and it has been noticeable for about a month. It is the worst when the motor is running. The inside is fine; no smell. Any ideas?

we have a issue with a smell around are fridge. its a freezer on top style.it has a strong cheese smell coming from the back of it near the freezer portion. it does not smell inside. it has a steel or sheet metal panel with coils along the back so i dont think anything seeped in from the top, and nothing has spilled inside. does it have to do with the motor or system issue? can i take the back apart and see or just call repair company. its a westinghouse
I have noticed a urine smell in my home for about a week or so. Having kids I figured it to be sometime spilled somewhere or something. Well I woke this morning to a thawed out freezer and the smell is worse then ever. This is a previously owned sidebyside.
