I have got a samsung mobile phone C3200 Monte Bar. When i want to write a new message,open inbox, or outbox i get the error initializing sms service. I tried to remove battery and sim card also.
Please remove the battery and Sim out of your mobile. Then press n hold the power button for 10 seconds. Kindly replace the sim properly as well as the battery. Now check your messages by turning the mobile on.
