kindly uninstall the printer driver if you already install.and restart the system and don’t connect the usb cable ,1st install the driver which you downloaded from the internet and when it prompt youfor connect the usb cable then connect it and follow the instruction.
connect the phone line in printer and set the parameter like auto answer and sending and receving mode also install the scanner driver .just reinstall the printer driver it will installl the missing components.
