Unable to download adobe flash player 9

Ok, here's what you need to do to try to fix this.
- make sure to remove/uninstall the adobe flash player 10 on your computer (remove it under the control panel.
- download and install adobe flash player 9 and install it. - once installed try to browse a video, if it works, adobe itself will just update to the latest version.

Flash Player has nothing to do with the system date/ time settings. So it is recommended that you install the Latest version of Flash Player

I assume you mean that you cannot GET the Flash Player 9 to download at all. Adobe is having problems with Flash player 9 right now. They may have made Flash Player 9 unavailable temporarily. Use the ADOBE.com site for your new version. You can UNINSTALL your old version with 'Add/Remove Programs' first. This can help.

Try using a different browser like google chrome.

You may need the latest Java Updates. Go to www.sun.com and download the latest Java Console to your computer. After installation, try to download Adobe Flash Player again. If it does not work then your operating system may not be compatiable with Adobe Flash Player 10. You may need to download an older version such as Adobe Flash Player 9.

You can find older versions of Adobe Flash Player such as 9 on www.cnet.com type in the search field (adobe flash player 9). After the options show up, choose the file to download and install.

Be sure to check your available memory and system speed which are also factors when installing flash software.

Adobe has created its own version of a program to uninstall Flash Player, because others have experienced this issue as well.

First, make sure all other apps are closed... you may want to be sure by launching task manager and closing apps or stopping processes that aren't needed.

Uninstall and then download the latest version. Be sure you have Admin priviledges when you install.

Flash player 9 is actually not the latest version. If you want to install the latest version which is version 10, follow the steps below:

Try autopatcher XP. go to autopatcher.com, download and install it. Run it. You'll find flash player for common browsers. Install the patches and you're done!
