plz press *+3+call button and hold and switch off the phone and after that press these combinantion keys and on ur cell and press and hold that keys untill nokia logos seen on screen i hope ur problem will solve

problem was the phone was affected by virus please format the phone - first switch of the phone then holding star(*) three(3) and call button and switch on the phone. the problem will solved sure..

n72 corrently dead i done software but this is prosses faild how can find this problem

try to format the phone or restore to factory settings
just enter *#7370# then enter 12345 for the code
