Did you disassembled the printer for some reason ? 1.If yes check again that all cables are connected.2 Is the scanner moving at all when you turn on the printer?Is there a strange noise comming from the scanner like gears dont mesh up properly? Probably you are missing some step of the procedure :
1) Connect PC and printer with USB cable.
2) Turn on the power of printer.Wait for (Ready Status - Toner exhausted)
3)Then go in TECH MODE after pressing sequence:
