I have a toshiba laptop Windos 7. Recently I purched it from Ottawa,CA. Now I use it at Bangladesh, my home. I have a problem now. I use ZTE AC2726 Zoom Ultra USB Modem for internet connection. Recently I do not get connection. Shows problem 52. Says driver problem,reinsert hard drive or restart your PC. I did but of no result. Help me. Thanks. My email

If you're talking about the Windows 7 User Login Screen:

Take it back to the yard sell and tell the person that sold it to you to give you the password, or the password reset disk. With Windows 7, that's just about your only option.
