first you need to forward TCP ports in your router pls write down which TCP ports used for video , audio and control in your DVR and configure to forward this tcp ports in your router it can be do one step using disable the DMZ and it will make less sequrity in your internal network
follow this guide
http://howto.wired.com/wiki/Set_Up_Port_Forwarding_on_Your_Xbox_360
setup your xbox with a static ip address.
setup your router with the following ports forward to the ip address you gave your xbox
Since you've already assigned a specific address to your Xbox, you can now open up the individual ports of this address. According to Microsoft, the ports that require forwarding are UDP 88, UDP 3074, and TCP 3074. If your router requests a range, just be sure that the numbers entered span this range (i.e., 87-89 for the first port, 3073-3075 for the second, and so on).
WIRELESS Look in your manual for a method to set wireless security to WPA. Choose a non-obvious encryption key and make it long for best security. WEP will not secure your wireless. You may also consider not broadcasting your SSID.
WIRED Don't use the DMZ. It great reduces your security. Close any ports that you are not using. Use a password for your router and don't enable remote adminsistration.
