I'm assuming that you're referring to OXO's Digital Timer Model #1061978. OXO doesn't provide a copy of the instruction booklet for download, but I also own this timer, and this is what I've learned:

Timer light is flashing and I cant turn on tv

The V26 DM repair kit should take care of that issue. The kit has the caps and the instructions. You can get it at www.tvrepairworld.com

I need an instruction booklet to set the timer for the coffee.

Go to Hamilton Beach dot com, pull down customer suppot menu, click on use and care guides, type in product and model number, click send and your manual will load. Print it out so you have it. Setting the timer is a piece of cake, Hold down the program button until the clock flashes. While still holding the program button down, set the timer for whatever time you want the pot to perk. Let go of the program button. To check if the timer is set right right, puch the prigram button just long enough to see what time it is set for. If it's right, prepare the pot the night before, push the program button to set and forget about it. It will perk at the time you set every morning. Katherine

Timer button blinks but doesn't turn on

There are several faults that can cause this. Shorted diodes in the high voltage, a bad flyback transformer, a shorted CRT driver IC. None of them are very easy to fix.

Timer light is flashing but tv wont turn on!

When the timer light stoped flashing the remote control would not turn on the TV. The next time the light quit flashing I held the power button in on the TV for about 5 seconds and it came on and has had no problems since then with the remote or the local TV power button.

Comcast remote code

Guys, I checked in my booklet that came with the comcast remote. I could not get any of the codes online to work but the first one in the Comcast booklet did.

The codes listed for the Toshiba LCD TV's are: 10845 and 11656

The first one worked for me...

Remember, on your comcast remote. Press the tv button once, hold setup until the tv button flashes twice then enter the code.

If you enter the code correctly then the TV button will blink twice. If not, repeat the entire process.

If the TV button blinks twice after entering your code the hit the power button. If the tv goes off you know you are good to go!!!

Hope this helps!!!
