Check to make sure nothing has wrapped around the drive tires or axles that may be causing the motors to run improperly. Make sure your drive tires are fully inflated to 45-50 PSI. If you are still having problems with the chair pulling to one side, listen as you operate your power chair for any noise or vibration. A chirping sound can indicate a bad motor, grinding or rubbing can indicate bad bearings in the casters. Motor replacement can be costly, unless your insurance can pay for it. If you got your power chair from a second party, you will most likely have to pay for any repairs COD. Contact Hoveround sooner rather than later as Tech Service calls can take some time to schedule.
Good luck!

Jacuzzi start/run capacitator what does it do

to develop the start torque needed to run a two hp or more motor a capacitator is used to temperarly boost the power up(faster than a human can do it) so that motor gets a short extra jolt of power so it can start to turn , unfortuniatly these "caps" dry out in a few seasons from all the heat they make in use and no longer give that "Jolt" needed motor fails to start to move and they require replacement to makeit right again

Anyone k how to set the fuel and air screw on 84try zinger 60cc 3wheeler carberator ?

As long as you know where the air bleed screw is, then do the following; Screw the screw in until it goes no further, (dont force it). Wind the screw out for about 1 and a half turns. Start the motor, you may have to adjust the throttle stop screw t keep the motor running. When the motor is running (at a fairly slow tick over) adjust the air bleed screw outwards a turn or so, if the motor goes faster then your turning the right way, if not, then screw in a bit. What you aim to do is to get the motor running as fast a tickover as possible. When the moto speeds up adjust the throttle stop screw to keep the tickover at a slow speed, It's as easy as that, this setting should be finally made again when the motor has fully warmed up (as the cold start may be in action if the motor is cold).Good luck

Free download for repair manual for an Evinrude 1987 40HP outboard motor

My outboard motor is old and used. When I went to run it for the first time everything worked except when I went to put it in forward gear the boat went slowly but when I gave it more gas the engine just reved up but the boat wasn't going any faster. The motor is 40hp gale model.I think because it is bought used the prop is not the right one and it seems like it's slipping as I go faster.
I would appreciate any feedback on this problem.

I turned on the bonaire evaporative machine but the motor turns very slow and no air comes through.

My guess is that the fan motor run capacitor is crook. continue to use it and you will burn out the motor.. Failing that if it is a variable speed motor then the controller is faulty and will need to be replaced., unless of course the motor bearings are binding and causing too much drag, I suggest that you would hear a lot of dry grinding noises from the motor if that was the problem. Hope this helps. Col r digitalcontrols.com.au

Singer 258

There is no speed adjust, but 1st you must know the source of the slow down. Remove the belt from the motor pulley and run it, if it goes fast try turning the hand wheel if it is stiff the machine needs clean and oil. If it turns freely you motor may be dirty or just slow. If dirty, sometimes you can without the blet attached run it at full speed for 10 to 15 minutes. It should get faster as you run it. If not motor is weak or slow needs replace. Just replacement motor as genuine probably no longer available.

Slow fan on Window Air conditioner Sears 106.73220

if the motor seems like its getting extremely hot it could possibly be seezing up. i would suggest taking your volate reading for the motor and check for proper voltage, also check you amp draw on the motor. the proper amp draw should be on the name plat of the motor. any below the proper amp draw, replace the motor.
