Check to make sure nothing has wrapped around the drive tires or axles that may be causing the motors to run improperly. Make sure your drive tires are fully inflated to 45-50 PSI. If you are still having problems with the chair pulling to one side, listen as you operate your power chair for any noise or vibration. A chirping sound can indicate a bad motor, grinding or rubbing can indicate bad bearings in the casters. Motor replacement can be costly, unless your insurance can pay for it. If you got your power chair from a second party, you will most likely have to pay for any repairs COD. Contact Hoveround sooner rather than later as Tech Service calls can take some time to schedule.
Good luck!
