I want to replace the digitizer(touch) of htc touch diamond p3490 as it is full of scratches...where can i get it from and how much will it cost..?? i live in India...

Go to HTC's website and go to support and select htc touch diamond (make sure its 'diamond' and not 'htc touch'!) and see if there are any rom updates (in english). Make sure it is for your phone + carrier/cell provider, as sometimes there are different rom versions, for different carriers. (depends on your country, so change the country)
