Hi guys, i just got a thomson twg870 and i'm trying to connect to 192.168.0.1 but i can't find the username and password. I tryed with admin and "password" but it's not working. Any ideas? Thanks

you do need to hold the button for awhile sometimes
Username: admin
Password: The serial number on the bottom of your router router. It begins with the letters CP.
this should get you in!!

Default password

Hi,
For D-LINK default password you can try one of these:
Username: admin
Password: admin

Username: admin
Password: blank (just press enter after typing in the username)

Username: admin
Password: password

TWG850-4U Default IP: 192.168.0.1

TWG850-4U Default Password: admin
TWG850-4U Default Username:blank

You need to enable the wireless capability of your router. Please read from page 29 of this manual.

I need username And Password to Speedtouch modem

Usually the username and password for this are : admin for username and admin also for password. Sometimes the pasword is 1234. If someone change the password then you can hard reset the adsl modem by pressing and holding a small hole ( usually on the side, its in the manual ) using a pen or a pin. Then the username and password will be in its default. Just check the manual. Sometimes the username and password is also written in the box or underneath the adsl modem. If this does not work, you can try calling your ISP.

From what i remember the username is Admin/admin Administrator/administrator, the password field leave blank or if it requires one it will password or Password.

Try these: Username: admin Password: (leave Blank)
or Username: admin Password: admin
or Username: admin Password: serial number of router
or Username: Admin Password: (blank) etc...

username- admin
password- admin

OR

username- administrator
password-

thanks but i tryed and it's not working. I also knew that most of them have the defauld admin and the password field blank but in this case is not working :(

Have you tried doing a hard-reset on the router (Pushing the small button located on the back of the router for ~10 seconds)?

If not, attempt that and try using one of the default username/password combinations listed.
