The printer does not have a wireless network feature. If you connect it to a wireless print server, you will need to check if the print server is compatible with your laptop's OS. (If you have Win7 on all computers, the homegroup should let you share the printer via your network.) If you use one of the network options, the scanner may only work with a direct USB connection.
It will work with any supported OS with a USB connection. Drivers are available here: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp150#DriversAndSoftware . Install the software before attaching the data cable. If you forget, the scanner features may not work (a generic driver gets installed). If you do install the generic driver, uninstall it and then unplug the data cable before rebooting and installing the Canon driver.
