HTC P3400i display is not working,blank white screen is visible. incoming call is OK. What can be done on this? What is the cost of new Display to upgrade?

MY HTC P3400I MOBILE ONLY SHOW CHARGING LIGHT AND DOES NOT ANY WORK AND NO SHOW DISPLAY

First, take of all the plastic covers to get access to the display. With your nail, try to lift the thin plastic layer on the display but be very careful. Once you did it just push it back on.Do this all around the screen. Finally clean the phone from dust.

Its a display IC fault.heres the screenshot..replace this two crystal IC for display.

tap next

USERNAME:ur 10 digit mobile no.
PASSWORD:bplmmsc
tap finish
under PROXY SETTINGS tab
mark all two boxes
enter proxy server as "10.0.0.10"
den tap ADVANCED
tap on HTTP
server:10.0.0.10
port:9401
username:ur 10 digit mobile no.
password:bplmmsc
click on ok again ok nd again ok
now below screen will appear saying
programs that automatically connect to the internet shud connect using:select BPLWAP or BPLWAP2
thats it ur done woth settngs
now go tasks der it will show BPLWAP
select MANAGE EXISTING CONNECTIONS
tap and hold on BPLWAP and choose connect

replace the LCD theres a posibilty of it being foulty , the IC on the lcd is damaged and please check the lcd socket on the MB .

select "start" ---->>> select "settings" ------->> select "connection"----->>> select "connections"

Now Select "Add a new modem connection"

Connection name::"Give any name"
Moden:: select "Cellular line (gprs)"
Select "Next"
Access point name:: "portalnmms"
select "Next"
Username:: (blank)
Password:: (blank)
Domain:: (blank)
Select "Finish"

Now Select "Setup/Edit my proxy server" below that "Add a new modem connection"

Select the two check boxes
1.) This network connects to the internet
2.) This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet

Now you ll have proxy server box below that you will have "advanced"
Select "advanced"
Select "HTTP" --->> Server:: "10.10.1.100" port:: "9401" select "ok"
Select "Wap" ---->> Server:: "10.10.1.100" port:: "9201" select "ok"
Give ok to all options.

Now select "start" select "internet explorer" and try it for the connection...
When internet is connecting it ll show "Connecting to GPRS"
You ll be getting "locating" and "opening" and the webpage
