The FE-280 will not deface your photos by scrawling digits across them. However, the data is stored with each file. Just about any photo viewer should be able to show you this data. Depending on the program and printer, you can print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back. Refer to the documentation for whatever program you're using to print. If you print directly from the camera, the instructions are in the "Printing pictures" section of the Advanced Manual (page 29 in my copy).

Is it possible to set time & date stamp to show on photos on my Olympus FE-270???

The answer is on page 28 of the manual here:
www.olympusamerica.com/.../FE-270%20Instruction%20Manual.pdf

If you want to check the date on a monitor check the exif information.
www.irfanview.com has a function that lets you see the exif data for digital photos.

Does the Olympus FE-230 date stamp the photo when dowloaded to PC? If so, please advise how. I have downloaded some photos and date and time are not stamped on photo. but on the camera it shows date and...

The camera stores the date and time (and a lot more) with every image in what's called the EXIF data. Any competent photo viewer on your computer should be able to show you some or all of this data. If you want the date printed, that's up to your printing program. Depending on the program (and printer), you can have the date printed on the image, in the margin, or on the back. Please refer to the documentation for the program.

How to turn on date stamp on the photo for olympus FE 120

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

The date doesn't show up when I print pictures from my Olympus FE-280 camera. How do I get he date to print on my photo's?

By default Olympus cameras do not print the date on the images when they are downloaded to a PC. Olympus does not include this functionality because they feel that it detracts from image quality. There is a function of the camera called print order that you can set that it will print the date on the images but this is only if you take the card to a photo processing store. However if you use the Olympus Master software and print the images that you have previously transferred there is a check box in the print setting window that you can add the date and or time to the printed image.

Unfortunately the camera nor the software can put date/time on photos. Do a search for date stamp photo or Irfanview software

I set up the date & time on my Olympus FE-280 but whenever I print, the datestamp does not get printed on the photo. How can I print the photo with the date stamp on it?

FE 280 does not have the option of printing datetime stamp on the photos. As it will affect the resolution they did not provide this option.
