Press and HOLD that button for five seconds. If that does not work,Press and hold super and freezer buttons at the same time for five seconds. This would change the IWD off message.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

The second option worked for me:

My Bosch b22cs30sns is stuck with IWD Off on the display. I have no idea how it got turned off. Holding the freezer + super buttons simultaneously does nothing. Holding the lock button does nothing. I have no idea what to do. Thanks!

Where is the reset button on a hottpoint side by side refrigerator.

Self Diagnostics

To enter Self Diagnostic mode, both temperature control panel displays must be illuminated. A display can be illuminated by pressing an adjacent temperature adjustment button. When both displays are illuminated, set the freezer and refrigerator temperature settings to 5. Simultaneously press and hold all 4 temperature adjustment buttons for approximately 3 seconds. A flashing 0 in the refrigerator and freezer displays will indicate that the refrigerator is in Self Diagnostic mode.

To perform a self diagnostic test, locate the test in Table 2, Diagnostic Tests.

For temperature control panels with single-digit displays, the COLDER temperature adjustment button will increment the numbers up and the WARMER temperature adjustment button will increment the numbers down. Use the freezer temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the freezer display. Use the refrigerator temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the refrigerator display. When a test code has been entered, the displays will flash to confirm the test. Press the HOLD button for 3 seconds to begin the test.

For temperature control panels with 3-digit displays, the COLDER temperature adjustment button will increment the numbers down and the WARMER temperature adjustment button will increment the numbers up. Use the freezer temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the freezer display. Use the refrigerator temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the refrigerator display. When a test code has been entered, the displays will flash to confirm the test code. Press any button other than a temperature adjust button to begin the test.

When testing has been completed, do one of the following things:

• Enter code 1 5 to completely reset the system.
• Enter code 1 6 to exit diagnostic mode. The temperature control panel is reset automatically.
• Unplug the refrigerator for at least 10 seconds. Test mode will terminate when the refrigerator is plugged back in.

Test mode will terminate automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

I have two Bosch fridges. I just bought this house and there is nothing in either fridge. Worked day we took possession of home, but both stopped working. They have power just won't cool.

Bosch is a high end manufacturer of appliances. Occasionally things can go wrong, such as fluctuations in temperature. Bosch's policy is to charge for calls to customer service advice, even when the appliance is still under warranty, so it's worth trying these troubleshooting steps before making the call. Bosch refrigerators also have an appliance self-test which you can run.
Instructions
    • 1 Check that the plug is inserted into the household power outlet at the wall. If there's no text displayed on the display panel, it is because there is no power to the fridge.
    • 2 Make sure that the door hasn't been left open if the warning signal sounds. The warning signal means the temperature is rising, and frozen food can be at risk. Visually inspect that the ventilation openings aren't covered by household objects, debris or dirt. Press the "Alarm Off" button to switch off the alarm.
  • 3 Ensure that the temperature controls are set correctly if the fridge or freezer compartments get too cold.
  • 4 Check that the water supply is on if the ice-maker isn't producing ice. Test the water supply by using the water dispenser on the door. If "IWD Off" is displayed on the panel, the ice and water are supplies are off and need to be turned on again.
  • 5 Press the "Condensation Heating" switch near the ice dispenser and water outlet on the door if condensation forms on the outside of the refrigerator. If the environment around the refrigerator is too humid, the appliance can compensate for that.
  • 6 Run the self-test program to identify major faults. Switch the refrigerator off and wait five minutes. Switch the refrigerator on again. Press the "Select" and "Options" buttons at the same time for five seconds. The self-test will commence. Keep an eye on the display. "E" indicates a fault which needs reporting to customer service. The number in the US is 1-800-944-2904.

2 year old Bosch B22CS is not keeping temp low enough.

Check the condenser on the bottom back side of the fridge if it is plugged off the freezer will not cool enough. If the condenser fan motor is dead then the freezer will never cool down enough. If that doesn't do it then you are looking at a waxed up cap tobe in which care you will need a professional to take care of the problem. Good luck

On a new (2 months old) Bosch refrigerator (B22CS..) the water dispenser stopped working. Anything I can do?

this is probably a burnt out water solenoid, id suggest contacting the place you purchased it from and see if you have warranty, a warranty agent will be able to fix this problem. if not you may have to call a refrigeration mechanic... a long shot would be to check that your water tap is on ( the one that feeds your fridge.. its probably behind or above your fridge.. perhaps in a cupboard next to it.
