Casio EXILIM camara lens will not fully extend.When power is turned on,
a clicking noise is heard. The LCD
displays what will be captured, but
is is very blurry. Then the lens closes and a "lens error" message appears on
the LCD. Sometimes it says "retry power on.

i cannot take pictures because my lens wont come out and wen i turn the camra on it says lens error
Try plugging the PC interface cord into the external connector. No need to hook it up to your computer, just plug it in and out a few times. Then try to power up the camera.

mine wont extend too!! and it says check connections the screen doesnt light up but the little green light comes on
my camera is making a buzzing noise and says lens problem. the screen turns black and then says re entry power. when i turn off the camera the lens stays extended out and i have to turn back on and off again for it to go back.
